Our host was very lovely and more than happy to help me chase up the airline to try and locate a missing bag. The breakfast was plentiful and the coffee delicious. The location was excellent - very close to Via Roma which led to the train station. Despite being close to main streets the B&B was very quiet. The B&B was very close to places to eat, including Happiness that sold excellent pizza and a plate of meat. The bed was very comfy.

We were looked after by the attentive Romina who contributed to make our stay a perfect one!. Very nice room, clean and modern. Great shower room and lovely breakfast. Romina is an excellent hostess as also mentioned in all the other reviews. Romina and Giuseppe are very friendly and helpful. Location is really great, next to Quattro Canti. When we put the towels on the floor to get replaced after using them for two days we weren't given replacements. I wasn't able to ask for towels as the host didn't arrive until 8am and my partner and I wanted to leave early. The air circulation in the bathroom isn't very good and made drying hand-washed clothes very difficult. no complaints at all. No permanent reception, no check-in after 6pm, relatively small breakfast buffet, but this is understandable given the size of the hotel (only 5 rooms). Nothing. The exterior is very deceiving as it is not maintained. We came after working hours so had some difficulties to contact and get the access. - palermo is not a beautiful place to be - no garage for the car - for 12€ a man came and drove the car to a parking place somewhere in the city, but unfortunately it has some scratches when he brought it back - you have to call the reception before arriving, because it is not staffed all time. the staff is friendly but is on place only during breakfast. they are not so easy to reach upon arrival (we received instructions on how to enter the building and the room via sms). it is called b&b but it has all the characteristics of a hotel (the fare is also only slightly lower than regular hotels), so it should offer 24hrs reception.
