It is a very confortable and well situated. The staff was very kind. The hotel is in the centre of Palermo opposite Teatro Massimo. Eeasy to reach from the Palermo's central statio (buses 101, 103 ), the bus stop is 100m from the hotel. The staff is friendly but could speak English better. Great location - in the heart of Palermo, on the main street. Good price/value rate. Nice, small, comfortable rooms with air-con, clean bath room and comfy bad. Helpful staff and good italian breakfast.Good view, good location, clean rooms. In the center,friendly staff. The rooms were renovated and very clean. The location was excellent. It had a lift!. Central position. Towels, plenty and good quality. Helpful staff.The location is fantastic - right on the best shopping street in Palermo, and very lively . Room was adequate - it was a bit noisy, but we didn't mind, and it was New Year so we were out in the middle of it anyway. Great location - very central. Small breakfast and even smaller shower. Bit noisy - windows are far from being sound proof and there is huge traffic on the street. Tiny shower (80x80 cm).Unfortunately there were no fresh products at the breakfast (such as tomatoes, cucumber, fruits). The toilet was running.the rooms have no sound proofing so you could hear all the plumbing noises and the room sounded like it was being flooded when someone used the bathroom. Rooms very noisy until early hours of the morning from traffic andpeople outside in the street, (penalty of position I suppose). The roomwe had on the second visit had a faulty shower, broken in fact, and hadbeen for sometime I imagine.Lack of any English - I know, we were in Italy, but even after we bought a dictionary it was hard. Even simple things like explaining breakfast arrangements or asking for an extra pillow. Also their credit card machine broke and they insisted on being paid in cash, and then didn't give a receipt. Not great... Parking is not easy and it is very noisy at night (traffic) as it is right on the main drag of Palermo.
