A magnificent house with an extrodinary view and garden. The hospitality and the engagement shown by staff and management to make the most of our visit was outstanding. The beach area and is very nice and relaxing. We would be very happy to return to this place and strongly recommend it to others. Wonderful villas, very well furnished and designed! Everything was perfect: position (close to the beach), view on the bay, beautiful bathroom and a shower in the garden, terass and a small garden, nice furniture... Just wonderful!.
all reviews » Very comfortable and clean houses with nice view from the Terrace. Staff is very helpfull and friendly. 5 minutes by foot to the beach. Costa Smeralda 30 minutes by car. Perfect for small kids since the gardens can be closed with a gate and then they can run around as much as they want. Very close to the beach. Beautiful views of the sea & coastline & cliffs. Everythig was exellent - location, staff, beach. Car is necessary, because the distance to the nearest supermarket is about 5 kilometers. - the villa - furnishing - accommodation - garden - view - privacy - sympathetic personnel. Walking to the beach, amazing view. Rather high prices for the alternative luxury sun beds (2 normal sunbeds were included in the price). hot water is not always available... Wireless only at reception. No wifi in the apartment. The "free wi-fi" was available only around the office which, depending on your unit, could involve a walk of 250 meters down and up a steep hill; besides, service was unreliable. - quite distant location from sea beach (300 - 600 m, depending on the location of particular villa) - everyday loud music till midnight from a nearby hotel located on the opposite slope - problems with a boiler for hot water - sometimes it worked and sometimes not; however, since the weather was nice and warm it was not that much annoying for us (except when standing soap-covered under the shower and there was only cold water). Floors were not clean. No Hot water for 2 days. Curtain rail falling off.
