  This is a wonderful place to stay for several reasons. The masseria itself and the surrounding countryside are both lovely. The staff (and even the owner) are friendly and engaging hosts. The rooms are huge and well-appointed. And the food is a special experience in itself. Finally, on our last night, we planned to just have a small picnic of som - A foodie paradise. We ate there for three nights of fabulous interesting meals accompanied by great local wines. Lovely 500 year old house on a huge property with olive and fruit trees and vegetable gardens. All the meals were literally farm to table. The rooms were comfortable and well furnished. Met lots of interesting like minded guests and it was like a big house party. Loved it! ,

We arrived quite late with our bikes, but they did all they could to prepare us something to eat, and they provided us a lot of useful information about the environment and our next destination.   Lovely staff, very helpful and sympathetic about the loss of our luggage by Alitalia. Happy to serve us drinks when we arrived in the small hours. Excellent lunch/dinner cuisine. Well cared for and pleasant grounds, good swimming pool. Generally a most enjoyable place to stay, good atmosphere.

We had a private terrace over the chaple that looked out over the coun - Magical and arty renovation of an ancient farm, with charming and generous owners. Quirky and distinctive rooms and comfortable lounge with antiques. A particular highlight is the restaurant and superb friendly staff. No choice dinner but delicious every evening. We also enjoyed the free cooking tuition making pasta, bread and pork rolls. Overall a beautiful setting and a great place to explore Puglia for 4-5 days

Weather was great so I cannot fault the resort aside from the fact only one local restaurant was open. This however was the gli archi which was excellent so I never got bored in a weeks eating. The only minor moan was WiFi signal very weak
