Everything was perfect. The two owners of the Agriturismo were really nice and tried to make us feel as comfortable as possible. One of them (Ana Maria) speaks perfect English and French and she even arranged a lift for us to the airport to pick up our rental car. Location is nice, in the countryside but only 15min drive to Alghero. Very relaxing stay overall. Excelente en todo sentido!. Simply great. Rooms, the garden, the pool, the fields where we could pick our own vegetables, and the hospitality of the owners were outstanding. Would book this location again. No noise, no traffic, absolute peace and silence. Great location to visit Alghero.
all reviews » It was my son and his girlfired who stayed there. They thought thefacilities, breakfasts and especially the staff were excellent. The warm welcome, rural setting, pleasant room, excellent breakfast. Lady owner was very helpful in providing some supper after our late arrival. Great location, 10 minutes from the airport. Situated in gorgeous countryside with beautiful views and easy access to the coast and places to visit.Fabulous setting. Very friendly owners. Annamaria and Gianfranca who run the hotel could not have done more to make us welcome and make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were able to totally relax, the new pool is excellent and, with a limited number of rooms, there was never any issue of feeling crowded.Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean pool. Lovely apartment, very clean. Nice breakfast. And nice home-grown wine! Also very convenient for Alghero and airport. The staff were very helpful and the wine from the vineyard was great.Very quiet and peaceful, great to have a pool available, staff are very good with excellent language skills. friendly welcome and lovely setting as well as excellent farm produced food for breakfast. The potholes/unmade road if following the route from the airport to the Agriturismo that is shown on your website. There's a much better (if slightly longer) approach via the Olmedo road. The mattress was very hard!. Everything would of been perfect if the swimming pool was up and running. Minor irriation with dripping taps and broken toilet seat.unavailability of the evening meal. Did not reply to an email about an item left in the hotel guest room.Walls of accommodation very thin. Openly website advertised on site restaurant was closed for entire stay(had we known this we would not have booked) also lack of sound proofing meant all lavatorial and bedtime exercise could be heard at all hours !. Was advertised as a bio/organic agriturismo. We were disappointed that most of the food for breakfast was pre-packed. Very poor value for money. Poor breakfeast.

Information about the area

Nestled in the countryside, in an area dedicated to the production of wine, the farm is set in the Nurra region, known for its agricultural production and for the presence of Nuragic remains.

A few kilometres away from the farm hotel you will be able to visit remains dating from 2000 BC, including the town of Alghero (10 km). Founded in 1400 by the Pisan, and straight after colonised by the Catalans that left the architecture and the language, Alghero is in fact the only town outside Catalunya where Catalan is spoken.

Our rooms have a veranda where you can sit outside and relax surrounded by the gardens. The apartments (in blocks of two) have all a veranda facing the garden. All the apartments have a kitchen/lounge and a bedroom.

Travelling information

The country farm hotel is only 7 km from Alghero airport, 10 km from Alghero town centre and 25 km from the port of Porto Torres.

By Plane:
- When you leave the airport, turn left at the T junction and, after 60 metres, turn right towards Sassari.
- At the end of the road you will find the junction leading to the SP42; turn towards Sassari and the SP 42.
- When you reach the roundabout, turn right towards Sassari/Olmedo on the SS291.
- After 2 km you will find the entrance for Olmedo on your right, take this road and continue straight for another 2.5 km.
- On your right, you’ll find the road that will take you straight to the hotel.
