  Small, well priced hotel in a relaxing Tuscan garden setting. The managers were extremely helpful without being intrusive, they recommended local restaurants, provided tourist information and directions and ensured our needs were met. The room was delightful and had every amenity we needed. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of choice which included freshly baked cake every day. The hotel rooms were very clean and nicely decorated and outside the lovely spaceous garden was ideal. We will definitely return one day.

We loved our stay and will be r - We were exceptionally pleased with the flexibility of the owner as we arrived later than planned and she guided us right to the hotel. Cinzia was actually willing to drive down, meet us and lead us up if we needed her to. Besides being wonderfully accommodating, she also made several great suggestions for dining and shopping. Cinzia was so friendly she immediately made us feel right at home. A terrific experience and well worth the trip.

  I was fortunate to stay twelve nights at Residenza Fabroni in May 2013 while taking Italian language classes nearby. Barbara and Fabio offer a wonderfully authentic, historic and welcoming environment and I felt very much at home during my stay. Drving in the countryside and visiting the other historic hilltop towns Barbara suggested will always be a wonderful memory.

  This is a lovely agriturismo, with lots of Tuscan country charm, a modern pool, and very well tended grounds. The owners don't speak English but were very nice.
