The staff is excellent. Eugenio is all you could ask for in a host. Engaging, enthusiastic and very much a part of his city. Tell him what you want to do in Naples and he will give you expert guidance. This is a guy who really likes his job. The hotel is very convenient to the central station and clean and relatively spacious with all the essentials. We especially liked the small kitchen/dining area where you could have a cup of tea at the end of the day or bring back a meal from one of the res.

He is an excellent fountain of information about Naples and touring further afield. The place is very clean and provided a safe island among the chaos of the city. Lovely breakfast and excellent pizza place nearby as recommended by Eugenio. Everything was wonderful. The hotel is next to the railway station, so it was easy to travel to different places and come back to the hotel. Eugenio helped us a lot with his advice about sightseeing and let us leave our luggage till evening without any extra payment. The hotel is clean and there is everything necessary, like hair dryer, tv, fridge. We enjoyed our travel a lot. Very, very warm & enthusiastic accommodation provided by Uncle Eugenio. He waited until our arrival at 11pm, carried our huge luggage up to the 2nd floor, and invited us to taste the best food, pizza, of Napoli. He also energetically advised us with the best of Napoli according to our itinerary. Definitely recommend and will come again!!!. the owner is very helpful and very knowledgeable, the place is very central and easy to find ( he even gave us directions over the phone just when our train arrived - his call ). Personal greeting from the owner who provided helpful advice on our stay in Naples. Also his willingness to haul our luggage up to 2nd floor of the building. We received a very warm welcome from Eugenio, who gladly recommended some great restaurants and provided much needed advice on transport and the local area. after visit to Eolie, we come back Napoli and stayed at Cinquestelle for another night, and felt like home for the second time. The owner was a cool guy and helped so much with his suggestions on how to go around the city. Room was clean and silent. The owner is a very friendly person who explained us what was worth to visit Room was clean. Host is very friendly & provided good information & maps for Naples & Pompeii. Eugenio the owner is so helpful and easy going . He is brilliant at giving directions . very friendly and helpful reception!. The area around the central station is certainly not "upscale" which may put off some people but I felt comfortable there. The entrance to the building was not easy to see but Eugenio was waiting outside. breakfast is not up to much. Nothing. Nothing !. the city map is a bit old and B&W...
