The lady who was in charge of the place(Paola) was absolutely
brilliant!! My friend got food poisoning and we had to miss our flight
home. I only speak a few basic words of Italian and we had to get a
doctor out for insurance purposes. She called a doctor, came over to the
b&b so that she could interpret, she took me to a shop to photocopy
and fax some necessary documents, made various phone calls for me
including booking another flight home & cancelling our taxi and
stayed for several . all reviews »
We stayed in this great B&B for four nights and had the best time. It was comfortable and in a great location in the heart of the old centre. You can walk everywhere and the best pizza is just 50 metres away! Paola, our hostess, was fantastic. She was very helpful, giving us tips and advice and every morning she was there with a scrumptious breakfast. (Everyone needs to try the local Sfogliatelle - very yummy!). We still send emails to each other and Paola is still giving us tips and adv.
The location is just perfect, you can walk everywhere. The rooms are
cozy and nice, and they are very clean. Breakfast is basic but
everything is very fresh. The best was Paola. She was very nice and
friendly, upgraded our room for 2 nights without extra cost and she
gave us tips for restaurants and directions. She took care of us and
she went the extra mile to help us, making sure we were enjoying our
stay. She even called us when we were at the airport when leaving, just
to make sure the taxi.
We loved the place, just in front of Cappella San Severo, everything you may need is around you, central location.
Mrs Paola, the managing director was very kind. We had a problem with our fight and even if the rate was non-refundable, she called letsbookhotel.com to change our reservation without any charge!
Rooms were clean, there is no air-con but you don't need it. Everything was perfect!.
B&B is in the old city centre, nice things to see are around the corner. Felt like a safe neighbourhood. We had a nice big room, at the street side, but there was not much noise. Paola was a nice hostess, helped us with finding our way around. She made sure she bought things we liked for breakfast. Cleaned the room every day.
We had a very comfortable stay.
Paola was so friendly and helpful-we had an early flight & she arranged the taxi for us. It came right on time at 4am. She also gave us sweet rolls to take with us. Breakfast was communal so it was nice to meet the other guests. Overhead fan in room was appreciated. Furnishings and art in room were very attractive!.
the b and b is so well located you just walk to all the sights and in the evenings the streets around come to life with lots of lovely shops. the centro is down in a Tunisian style which is very quirky you feel like your one of the locals staying here and poala is so helpful and nice.
The bed and breakfast is in the centre of the old town, just a short walk away from the Archaelogical museum, Cathedral and other sights. The service was personal and we were made to feel so much at home. Paola who looked after us couldn't have been more helpful and kind!.
Holiday Inn it's not, and it's so much better for being slightly idiosyncratic - behind gates, into a courtyard and up the stairs to lovely rooms on the first floor. Paula who looks after it is so friendly.
A great stay we had. The hostess Paola is very considerate and helpful. Showing us the way to the must-sees and friendly all the time. Great location, convenient to walk around the sightseeing spots.

Beautiful, old room in a really old house with modern conveniences just at the best part of the old town, everything was close to the accomodation.
Paola makes the stay special with her warmth and helpfulness. The location is excellent for the historic centre and the pizzerias.

I loved the decor, very cozy and cute.
The beds weren't very comfortable at all. Apparently they were
orthopaedic mattresses, but I have never slept on anything so hard!.
Just to improve the already excellent service we would suggest to add
some fresh fruit or orange juice to the breakfast. Also, the mattress
was a little bit too hard for our taste.

No wifi in room so had to go to common room. Address was a bit confusing for taxi driver upon arrival - don't recommend arriving at 6pm as traffic is chaotic!.
