Everything. Extremely friendly and helpful staff: Alessia in particular could not do enough for us and spoke excellent English. Superb comfortable and elegant room and bathroom ( we had a superior double); great location 2km outside Arezzo, pleasant grounds ( in summer the outside gardens and terrace bar etc would be superb). Excellent restaurant

The hotel was a traditional listed building, simple but comfortable. The owner was very warm and welcoming, and took great care with our dietary requirements, even serving specially made dishes for dinner and breakfast. Arezzo was a beautiful, easy town to visit, stunning on a sunny day.

I really appreciated the staff. They really went above and beyond what hotel staff normally do. I did not know the area and one staff drove to the car rental establishment and let me follow him. The rooms are very clean, the staff are very friendly with a family like environment. The hotel restaurant was of very good quality serving typical local dishes.
