  The staff was wonderful and the location was very convenient for us as we arrived by train and left on the bus to Malpensa which is at the train station. Our room was clean and quiet. It was a quality hotel and we think that the reason it went from 5 to 4 stars is that the rooms are a little small, but the marble, carpeting, and fabrics were love... what people say » ly. Break- fast was very good. - Very close to Stazione Centrale , easy acces for shuttle bus-connection with the airport; well linked by metro with the city center ; very comfortable bad , room well heated , very clean and very quite; over expectation the breakfast , taking into consideration the standard for breakfast in Italy

Helpful staff, good full breakfast (except tasteless scrambled eggs), soundproof rooms, immediate access to subway, roomy bathroom with tub/shower. - The rooms were considerably larger than most European hotels.   we had an excellent time at the Sanpi--staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were superb!. very easy to access central Milan, either by walking or metro.
