From the initial confirmation email asking us if they could help with transfer services, what kind of pillows we wanted, sound dock for iphone, etc. We asked for them to arrange a car to pick us from the airport at 6.00am Arriving at the hotel we were greeted like famiily friends, offered coffees as th... what people say » ey completed the paperwork. To our surprise they offered to check us in early and also upgraded our room to a Junior suite.The service was at all time - The location could not have been better; 2 minutes from the Duomo and Galleria Victor Emanuel. The Metro and tram are literally just outside the door and the building is easy to find when returning from a busy day. The staff was most attentive and helpful and the room was very large and comfortable.. The lighting in the room was superb and counter/table space was plentiful, even in the bathroom. The bathroom: WOW. Separate shower and soaking tub. First class amenities including bath salts

  helpful staff - I prefer to stay in a centrally located hotel even if it is not as luxurious as one that is outside the center so for me this hotel was very good. I could walk to everywhere I wanted to go. Good restaurants nearby. Thanks

Once you are at the reception you will see a lot of artistic work which make for a cozy atmosphere. This is also where you will have your breakfast. The room was nice with a balcony viewing the backyard of the hotel The bathroom comes with a shower which is really fantastic and spacious. The room was also spacious including air conditioning and a TV with various channels.

  Camperio House is one of the absolute best and most comfortable hotels that we have stayed at during our travels throughout Europe. It is centrally located, Sylvia at the front desk was exceptional and went beyond what was expected and made our stay extremely enjoyable. The breakfast buffet with eggs was good, and the bed was actually comfortable.... what people say » There was also two parking areas available, one even facilitated a large SUV. - The beds are very comfortable and the classic room is reasonably spacious with a mini fridge and kettle if those things are important to you. The location of the hotel could not be better for getting around Milan. Very close to Metro and just off of the pedestrianised path to the Duomo. Easy walk to Brera, La Scala etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
