  It was very nice for a 3 star hotel. The location was very near the train and metro station allowing you to get about the town easily. The bathrooms were huge compared to the other hotel's that we had stayed at. - The staff and all the services were A1 couldn't ask for better.

  Altough I hade read a lots of good opinion about the hotel,even it overperformed allmy expectations. Location is perfect,7-8 minutes from the Central Station by feet. I did not ask he just did it. He was proactive and spoke excellent English. The room was spotless and very bio friendly. The staff member offered me the wi-fi log in without my asking. He was extremely helpful.

On the day were supposed to leave Milan for London, there was a public strike which affected public transport. The staff was quite friendly and helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants and calling a taxi. Overall, this hotel is excellent. For someone who does not want or need a luxury hotel.
