  I do not agree with any of the negative reviews on this absolutely magnificent hotel. You get what you pay for and maybe even more. The room was spacious, clean and very bright. The furniture is not the most fashionable in the world but it's a hotel you need to rest in, not have any parties nor anything. Directly across from train station, we only stayed one nite before moving on the next day and it was excellent.   Camperio House is one of the absolute best and most comfortable hotels that we have stayed at during our travels throughout Europe. It is centrally located, Sylvia at the front desk was exceptional and went beyond what was expected and made our stay extremely enjoyable. The breakfast buffet with eggs was good, and the bed was actually comfortable.... what people say » There was also two parking areas available, one even facilitated a large SUV. - The beds are very comfortable and the classic room is reasonably spacious with a mini fridge and kettle if those things are important to you. The location of the hotel could not be better for getting around Milan. Very close to Metro and just off of the pedestrianised path to the Duomo. Easy walk to Brera, La Scala etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
