  There was a Filipino staff named Karen and I thought that she was very accommodating. On our date of departure, we wanted to take a cab to the airport, though there was a luxury taxi provided by their hotel, she honestly recommended to me and volunteered to get a metered taxi to save money. Really nice and friendly staff. The hotel is in a nice area of town, well connected to public transportation but in 10 minutes you can walk to Corso Buenos Aires shopping area. Oasi gives you really good value for your money. A big plus is the included breakfast, several things to choose from.

  we had an excellent time at the Sanpi--staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were superb!. very easy to access central Milan, either by walking or metro.   Stefano, the one who handled our booking was so professional, friendly and efficient. He was so accommodating even before we came and met us and even helped us with our luggage. He's on time and was very fast in replying. The apartment is well placed in Milan as it's very central and very near the Duomo and the shopping areas. You need not leave... what people say » the area, as everything is there. The apartments is big and fits well a family of 5. Cooking facilities are also available. Highly recommended. - We stayed in a beautiful apartment right between the Duomo and the fashion district. Beds were firm, a/c worked, everything was clean. We were concerned about the noise at first, because there was so much foot traffic below us, street musicians, etc., but it really calmed down after 11 pm. Would stay here again in a minute.

  I thought the hotel was beautifully designed. Very stylish with an impressive attention to detail. - Very close to undergound station/s. Did not always use the closest as it was enjoyable walk to another one. Breakfast was included in rate and had a vast choice of items.
