In Milan Suit Hotel “Aprile a Milano” is priceless experience! The hotel is wonderful and we loved everything about it. Fantastic designed rooms with comfortable bed and enormous bathroom with different spots for both hot tub and shower. Big spacious rooms with a lot of additional facilities (kitchen, teapot, microwave). Personal on the reception is nice and freindly. We had really good deal (booked 2 months in advance). So in such case price value ratio was great. With normal rates - a bit too much for such level. It was close to bus stops so we were able to get the bus into the city and were there within 25minutes with regular buses. The manager was there everyday and sorted out any issues straight away. Honestly, nothing to complain about, maybe just the reception is a bit slow, but c'mon, it is Italy :). Rooms need some renovation. - Internet did not work 2 out of 4 evenings - It takes about 30 minutes to get to the city centre by bus/tram. However, the bus stop is very close to the hotel. The tram stop is a 10 min walk away. Busses and trams go often (every 5-10min) so this is not a problem if you dont mind using public transport and have the time. It was not a problem for us. Location quite out of the center, we took a taxi but that's quite an expensive way, about 15 € per ride. But you also can take the bus. bit far from the center, but has a bus station just in front of it. The location is 20 minutes from the center (by public transport). But, I didn't mind because the hotel is very reasonably priced. Be careful of taxi prices especially if late at night and always double check destination with driver. The location is far from any important places. It's a bit far from the city center, but the bus stop is in front of the hotel. You can go directly to the center. So, it was no problem. There is no metro station near by. No on-site bar. furniture in the room is dark so dust must be cleaned better. Too simple furniture and tiles. The kitchenette is missing, no shops in th area. Little bit far from the city center. there is not toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom. Room looked a bit "tired" (carpet). Far away from citycenter. No sneakers in the room. One of the female reception staff did not acknowledge us when we would arrive or depart the hotel. The males would every time. We put a do not disturb door hanger on the door one day only to come back and find the room had been made up - although we appreciated it, we had all of our belongings out. Its far from restaurant and not served for lunch and dinner, only can order pizza. The room was warm and the street below was too loud to keep the window open. If there was A/C it didn't work. The hotel surroundings are very sad and the room windows don't isolate completely from the traffic noise. A bit far away from the city center.
