The staff was excellent, very polite, friendly and professional, andthey even arranged an early check-in for us since we arrived at 7 inthe morning and had nowhere to go to. The breakfast was of good qualitytoo. Room was spacious and really clean. And we love the littletouches...we used the water boiler in the room a lot and there's a tvin the bathroom too!

Some may complain about the noises about the underground metro, but westayed on the 4th floor and all we could hear was low grumbles andnothing major. The location and the price was really good so we didn'treally care about the little noises..but perhaps coming from a big cityourselves we're too used to noises anyways.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they spoke English. We were very pleased with the hotel. The photos of the hotel on LetsBookHotel.com are very accurate. The breakfast was very good. The location is perfect - literally a few steps away from the Malpensa Express Bus drop-off point. Excellent hotel!

spacious room, comfortable beds, six variaties of pillows to chose, good lighting, clean carpet, large mirror in room and toilet. ( I stayed in 9th floor, dont know about others.

Entrance of the hotel main door is not same level as reception, not convenient for those who carry heavy luggages

The staff was great. They recommended great restaurants, spoke several languages (including English), and were quite professional. The buffet breakfast was a traditional European breakfast. The restaurant was a bit pricey, but delivered excellent food. The hotel is extremely close to public transp. You can get anywhere by the Milan's subway system. It is user friendly and cheap.

Metro is just passing under the hotel. You can hear its noise but it is not a big deal..

The decor was beautiful, the location was great for what we needed. Directly across from train station, we only stayed one nite before moving on the next day and it was excellent. The reception staff could not have been more helpful, Davide rang the next hotel we were goin to and gave us exact directions including bus and train timetables. We were so grateful.

Tiny rumble of trains but they werent going all night and they didnt disturb us.

Perfect room, comfortable, clean, modern design. The overall design ofthe hotel is great. Very good location, easy access to metro, next tocentral train station, next to bus station with buses going to Malpensaairport. Polite and helpful staff. Good price, value for money

I liked the modern style of the rooms. I was particularly pleased with the good lighting, especially for reading (unusual). Also unusual in Europe was having tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Proximity to the station and metro was also good. A porter wheeled my bags accross to the airport bus!

More than one English programme on Satellite TV would be good.
