Stylish rooms with some nice details. Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom added to the experience. Host Paolo made a very delicious dinner, with amazing bread! Breakfast was also good, especially the sweet part (the homemade cakes are a must try!). B&B is located in a nice, relatively quiet area, but still not far away from city center. There are some bus lines close by and also the closest metro is quite near, some 15-20 min of walking through greener part of Milan :) Excellent pric.
all reviews » This place was really nice! We really appreciated the interior design, very various and class at the same time. Actually, there is a luxurious side with giant tv and chandelier in the room, dressing-room, two washstands... For the price, it's really magic, it's worthy of a 4 stars. The hosts are really nice and the breakfast is fine. The location is great if you need to go to San Siro or the ippodromo, you just need to walk 15min. The heart of Milan is really close in car. Paolo the owner was friendly and extremely accommodating (considering I arrived after 23.00h). Room was clean and very comfortable with a roof terrace outside. House itself was tucked away from the street so quiet and remarkably spacious. Free wi-fi was a bonus (get the passcode from Paolo). Fantastic and eclectic decor. Home-made bread in the morning, and for the sweet tooth, plenty of pastries. All-in-all an excellent place to stay in Milan. We didnt end up staing at the one near the stadium but were relocated closer to the city. This wasnt a bad thing, apart from the fact that it was a mission from the train to Sansiro 47 to then be moved to another location. But the other location was lovely, clean, Matthew was awesome and it was just 1 bus to the centre of Milan. The breakfast was incredible. The room was beautifully decorated with a huge bed, which was really comfortable. The TV had sky and was in English. The staff were really friendly. The bathroom was clean and the shower was state of the art. Had a really great stay and would definitely visit again. Everything was excellent. The room was perfect, clean, beautiful and confortable. The host was nice and the dinner...the best dinner I had in italy until now, and everyhing for a good price. Near to the Citycenter,free WIFI,friendly owner.All in One if you need accomodation in Milan for a couple of Days or a Weeks,then san Siro47 is absolutly recommended!. Staff are super nice and the breakfast was great. Our room had an aquarium with a few fish and a very large TV, though an external bathroom just outside the door. Fantastic location for access to Ippodromo for concerts and gigs. Staff friendly and very helpful Quirky design and very comfortable. The people were lovely. Really nice place , very clean , wifi , close to San Siro stadium which was my primary target when i stayed here. This place is a real diamond in the rough. Clean, luxurious, and welcoming- this is the diamond part. Hospitality of the owners. Cozy atmosphere of a private house turned into bed and breakfast. Great room, very clean and quiet. Loved the sunny backyard with chickens and bunnies. The room is very big and have a big locker room The Bath is Big. The house was magical. Beautiful set up. everything perfect. Everithing. Very quiet place. Clean and neat. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Chioce for something salty for breakfast could be a bit wider. Nothing much, but is a little out of the city centre and about 20 mins walk from the nearest metro. The hotel is a very long walk from the metro but there is a bus stop right outside, from which there are frequent buses into the centre so it was fine. We wandered around this neighborhood on foot around 4pm and just around the block found ourselves in what didn't appear to be the nicest part of town. You can easily take the bus to the nearest underground stop; it's a farther walk than we had anticipated. It is really hard to find. We were able to get to the front door but it looks like an apartment. There is no sign or indication that it's a B&B. We called but got no answer. Honestly I thought that we had been duped. But then the owner called and we were able to connect. This is the rough part. Located far from city center. At checkout I was told that their credit card terminal is broken, so I had to go to the ATM for cash. when we arrived, the hotel was closed and we had to call the manager from our roaming mobile to come to us to open it, he come after 15 min although he knows that we have a reservation The breakfast lady doesn't speak English but she is very nice and helped us as much as she can. It was in the suburbs so it was harder to get to the city centre. nothing bad. only sweet brekfast. We booked a room with external bathroom but never taught if room is on 3rd floor bathroom would be on the first and in the kitchen of breakfast facilities. It made our stay a little bit uncomfortable since taking a shower downstairs and running all the way up is not a fun thing to do. Breakfast was very poor. Only sweets: pudding, cookies and pastries. Maybe it differs depending on season. Very hard to find - must call ahead. The owner instructed us to pay cash so not to incur card charges, said the machine was "broken" but when we insisted to pay on card it was brought back from the dead?? We had the top floor room but although there was a toilet next to us our allocated bathroom was down 2 flights in the kitchen, odd and inconvenient. No allocated parking, this would be very busy on Inter or AC Milan match days and impossible to park.
