The only down side i would say is the noise - it did become quite noisy early morning - not the people in the hotel but the noise from outside - lorries etc but to be honest it didn't have a huge impact on the trip at all and is only a tiny factor.No one speaks English. Front desk manager at night. Breakfast: poor breakfast- crackers, yogurt, rool, tea/coffee onlynight administrators: didn't speak English at all! It is very bigdisadvantage. Blanket: there were not normal blanket, onlybedsheet and plaid. Everything was closed around our area because august is not a goodseason in Milan. There was no metro nearby so you had to take the bus totake the metro.no specific item to be mentioned. The room was freezing cold!. Not well indicated outside. Looks like a lower hotel. And if you arrive late sometimes you are not very well received. not easy to find it. If there is any, it was their English. Everthing seem to be good, clean, kind staff, nice breakfast, if they can speak English then perfect. thin walls and therefore noisy atmosphere at night. air conditioning. Need to take a bus. Difficult to find, thin walls - you could hear everything. Internet access costs 5 eur per hour!. On third floor, if lift isnt working this is difficult. Only 1 member ofstaff could speak a little English. The walls seemed to be made of paper, I could hear almost everything neighbours were talking about. Or perhaps, they were a bit too loud.Temperature in the hotel, thin walls, non English speaking staff. too difficult to get, actually in the 3rd floor in a building. cold in the room.Hotel is quite ok, but really ,really big minus for the thin walls, I heard everything...and that washing machine, like a helicopter. Wasn't nice to wake up that noice. english of staff.The hotel didn't accept payment by credit card. The breakfast is very poor. Rooms a bit poky, extra for air conditioning, long walk up stairs, a bit intimidating ambience, breakfast out of a packet. insufficient lighting and high humidity in the room.
