Luigi was excellent.He gave us all the information we needed to negotiate the transport system into the city. The apartment was great.Good size and very comfortable.Very good size bathroom and plenty of hot water.Air conditioning worked very well which was important as it was over 35C when we stayed. Facilities were all we needed.Internet worked well and was fast. Location was great for us with easy quick access to the city downtown. Location next to railway line didn't bother us at all and in .

Bus to the center of Milan very convenient.Subway is also an option if you don't mind a 10 minute walk. Very large grocery store close by with relatively long open hours. Airconditioning worked well. Rooms are clean and spacious. It's little bit far away from the city center but there is bus no.54 which takes you to Duomo in 20 minutes. The owner is very friendly and helpful. In the same street there's a nice bakery with magnificent food and with a gorgeous, lovely lady. I strongly recommend that place and also this Residence. :). The host, Luigi, was really friendly and helpful. We stayed in two different apartments on different dates and both were clean, just the one on the 1st flour needs a bit of redecoration, though it was perfectly tidy. The resedence is real value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived very late in Milan and Luigi was very kind helping us and organising a taxi fro the next morning as we in transit through Milan. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Luigi was a fantastic host. Will definitely stay there again. Not far from a tram stop and there were places where you can eat nearby. A supermarket is about 5 mins away and a bus stop is just infront of the residence. Spacious, very clean, very helpful staff. the restaurant next door serves good food in quantity and quality for 10 euros. Small grocery shop nearby Well worth the money. Good space. Nothing at all,everything perfect. The bed was a little hard. The hotel is situated between two railroad lines, We were not however bothered by any train noise. The internet connection on the 1st flour was unstable, I suppose due to the location of the building. Upstairs it was good. To get to the appartment you have to take a bus from the nearest underground station or from the centre of the city. Nothing. Nothing much. Just dont open your windows in the evening during summer because of mosquitoes. Also soap was not provided in the bathroom. Flickering wi- fi that needs logging in every time you open a window. Bit far and difficult to get to the hotel.- best way central railway station to lambrate by metro., then get in to bus no 54 which stops at the hotel door. Yes ! The train does make noise- only those sensitive to it will have problems . None. Noise from trains and traffic. Kitchenette very basic. Tricky to find without good GPS. nothing. The wifi didn't work. The room was clean but was a small smell that went away when we opened the window for a while. nothing.
