The hotel was very clean, the breakfast room was very bright and airywith excellent service and choice of foods. The rooms were very clean. The general ambiance and set-up, as well as the extremely friendly and helpful staff. A great part of Milan to be in and really good facilities and friendly staff. the staff where excellent and very helpful and their english was brillant.

A little far from the centre of Milan and the main sights..... However, the excellent public transport ensured that everything was a short tram/metro journey away. There was only one inconvenience: a bit of draft from the window, but it was not that strong. American bar, not so american, not really american at all and the barman did not wear a cowboy hat.Every single day the towels are being changed, not environment friendly!. Bathroom was not up to the standard (old cabin). bathroom could be cleaner. there is only a shower in the bath room.
