location, size of room and bathroom. This hotel was close to the centre. location is ideal to major sites. It was close to the center of Milan with easy way to the most interesting places. location. No English TV. noise,sealing of window is poor. Ear-plugs should be distributed for free in every room...At night,it was too loud outside. the key system an the lights were so dim in the main room. Fairly noisy. very hard beds (therefore comfort 3) . The hotel is on the 2nd floor, and you need to ring to have the main bulding gate opened. Let suppose the guy at the reception has got asleep when you come back to the hotel around midnight... Very poor breakfast. Very poor and damaged electrical gadgets. tiny breakfast room and small amount of breakfast. The bathroom wasnt clean enough.
