Since I was only interested in coming to Bicocca University the location of the hotel was very good for me. My room was not only cheap but also quite clean and spacious. Additionally, even though I paid for a room without a bathroom I had a bathroom in the room. I would advise those complaining about dangerous location, cleanliness, price/location to try booking a hotel/hostel in similar condition and similar price in Florence or Rome.

It is also close to subway station and the connection with down town is quite easy and short. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was very nice and the people kept our luggage safe for the whole day- very trustworthy. Train, trams, supermarkets and restaurants are very close. The staff is very nice and it's not difficult to find the hotel if you follow the instruction from the staff. Average hostel, nice staff, clean and working. Power just bythe bed. The only thing that I did find dirty was the carpet on the stairs leading to the first floor. N/a because we had a perfect stay. The doors have no lock, so they are always open. No individual lights or lockers at all. Not easy to find !. There was a little bit smell of cleaning chemisty, smell of chlorine. That was a little bit disturbing for good sleep. If the hotel can do something about it, that could be very nice. They charged us city tax of 3 EUR per person per night in cash and never gave a receipt for that. I am pretty sure this money never get to the government. - strange feeling about "dangerous" surrounding, but there wasn't any danger ( to leave a car there) - difficult to find, there are no signs about hotel. Weak WiFi, bare floor, heater is out of operation, insufficient clean blanket & insufficient lighting. For 3 people the room was too small. -do not wash clothes, they do not dry. not so much lights and not enough space in the room. Location was little suspicious. Very far from center.. We paid more as was in our booking. Difficult to find. breakfast is poor. There were some mosquitoes in the room and staff provided us with an electrical shock unit (against mosquitoes). The breakfast, I do not know how can you call that breakfast, it is the worst ever I have eaten. No parking, no elevator, strong smell of chlorine when first entering, TV didn't work and no air.con. Breakfast was 1 coffee and 1 croisant. It difficult to find place, seven turn eight.Distance from the subway station is about 15 to 20 minutes, very inconvenient.Little breakfast is very general. Wi-Fi works only on reception; no warm blankets available; conditioner doesn't work - it was very cold; spiders everywhere. Hard to find. Long walk from the metro and the surrounding is very suspicious. The bathroom is smelly. The published air conditioning is not utilized. Mosquitoes will bother you all night. It's really far away from the center and it's not close to Bocconi University campus as mention in the description by letsbookhotel.com. Staff loves to listen loud music all day and since the 8 rooms of this hotel are close to the reception, it was difficult to sleep during the day. The area sorrounded it's not nice and somehow scary on your first impression. Staff didn't know basic things about transportation system, what was difficult to me to find a good solution to reach airport. Noisy and far. brud,pokój neglected. Dirty WC Wet, dark and cold room The door was broken Too little room for 4 people Absence of drier Breakfast is poor.
