The room and bathroom were decent size, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast area in an inner yard of the hotel was quite nice. Close to the subway station, nice and clean room, big supermarkets in the area. everything especially the closeness to the railway station. Clean, very spacious room, great price-quality ratio. the staff was really kind and helpful.

Heater not so strong. There was not much to eat for breakfast, and the dining room was so small(three tables) especially when it was raining. The staff barelt speaks english, and they are not friendly at all. They cant help you visit the city as they know nothing of it. Every morning we were woken up by the cleaning lady shouting at the corridor and trying to access rooms they were locked(to clean them). In the end for no reason they were not comfortable paying them by credit card. We had to go and find an atm to pay them cash. poor breakfast. Tiny bed, not enough space for a couple, and we are not definitely oversized. Breakfast was very simple, but considering the price, it was not big issue for us. But we preferred to take breakfast in one of the places in direction to the centre. For the amount of money we spend, I didn't have the service I expect, normally we have the WiFi free in hotels, but in this one they want to charge for it, that is not nice, normally when I checking out I have free luggage keep, and in this hotel they charge one dollar per hour per suitcase, that is not nice. Rude staff, dirty room. Previews guest's soaps, water... etc. I doubt the bed-sheets were clean. The breakfast is very poor, pastry is not fresh, even no bread - the worst in over 50 hotels in Italy. Wi-Fi is for EUR 5 per night, while mobile internet costs EUR 2 per 2 Gb! You have to pay for left luggage in case you plan to collect it in the evening of check-out day EUR 1 for each hour after 14 bad surprise as it is not mentioned in advance! Staff is arrogant and unhelpful.
