The apartment was clean, spacious and quiet. we loved it. I would like to thank Gianni Melfi (Receptionist) because he helped us a lot since we reached until we checked out. there is a car parking inside. and tram station was in front of the building can get you to the city center or wherever you want. A/C is a plus in summer.

an iron would be nice to add in the apartment.

The flat was quite spacious, so it was highly appreciated by our toddler who felt at home. Also, very clean, equipped with utensils for cooking. For a change, it was good to be away from tourists, as the place is not in the tourist area. The flat is very posh decorated, in a new 3-storey building. Very easy to be reached by tram from Duomo and metro from Central Station. There is a good, convenient supermarket nearby and good restaurants for locals (we ate pizza made by Italians for Italians, not for tourists :-) and at very good prices). The receptionist Gianni is an encyclopaedia, gives you an insight on whatever you need. We simply loved the place and if back in Milano, we would definitely return.

The wi-fi connection was not very good, it kept coming and going. Also, we would have appreciated to find an iron and ironing table in the apartment, as well as if our garbage was collected daily.

The location a little out of the centre was easy to find. Everything worked well including the free WIFI. A secure car park in the grounds was a bonus. Double glazing meant it was very quiet although we were there at a very quiet time. Tram at door which terminated at the Duomo was very easy. Staff care and support was fantastic. One of the best places we have stayed at. Several restaurants nearby and a supermarket at a reasonable distance. Highly recommended.
