  It was very peaceful, enjoyed the views of the lake and was a great place to relax as we wanted to spend a few days without too much driving etc. The hotel has a beautiful location, views from the terrace/pool were amazing. And the centre of the town was but a few steps away, so got to sample some nice friendly resturants etc. - We loved our room... what people say » , on the third floor with a spacious terrace and view over the lake and pool. The staff was welcoming and friendly and really went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The location was terrific - we can't wait to return!

We had a comfortable room, a nice balcony (overlooking the town, lake and island) and the staff, mostly one family, were helpful and friendly. The pool is a bonus. The distance from the village centre is just right - a brief stroll but far enough away.

  The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere in the hotel is very warm. The parking is very comfortable. The room is not fancy but clean, large and beautiful with a great view to the lake. There is an Orta Lake beach near the hotel with free entrance to hotel guests. The hotel has also vine cellar where we could choose from the various assortment of vines. The breakfast was tasty. - Hotel position overlooking the lake. Excellent food in restaurant. But our holiday was made by the kind attentions of the manager, Otello. Nothing too much trouble and he was the one ray of sunshine in what was disappointing weather for time of year. Whilst we were there, wifi was installed but only available in reception area at the moment. Big bonus.

  The shower..I Stayed alone, but I suggest for couples..amazing bigshower! Gorgeous buffet breakfast - The proximity to the square and the lake was fantastic. I loved the views from our loft room. Apart from the breakfast staff the hotel staff were very nice, friendly and helpful.
