We used this hotel for an overnight stay as a base for visiting Venice and it was perfect for that. The pool was a bonus if you could fit in the time to use it. We managed a quick half hour before it closed for the evening. The refurbishment has been tastefully done and, although small, the room and bathroom were clean and adequate for our needs. The staff were very welcoming and attentive.
all reviews » Very friendly family run hotel, pool was really good, very clean high standard throughout, good continental breakfast, didnt use the restaurant as we usually had a picnic when out. Bus to venice 5 min walk to stop takes about 25 mins into Venice didnt have a problem with this. Would stay again no probs. Due to a family medical emergency we had to return to the us early. The daughter was not able to contact the taxi company when we arrived late in the evening. The father got up at 4am to call for a taxi to take us to the airport. This was greatly appreciated. Sara was lovely, restaurant was casual and food excellent, would stay again, very close to the airport and bus stop from Venice, we came on bus with our luggage with no difficulty,. Was a very comfortable hotel to stay in and was close to Marco Polo which was our main reason for staaying there. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The staff is so nice and helpful! The hotel and its amenities are a bit older but very clean and we were very comfortable. Easy access to Venice and Marco Polo airport by bus. Much lower price than hotels in Venice. Swimming pool. Great location, friendly staff, fab little pizzaria! Will return for sure :). reception, information support, guest friendly and the pool. clean hotel, friendly stuff, all my recomendations. Rooms large, clean. Pool and gardens very good. Reception helpful. We stayed only one night, arriving in the afternoon. There was not really enough time for us to enjoy use of the pool. If we wanted to use it on the day of departure, we would have been charged 15 euros each. The only problem was we had booked a transfer from the airport but had to get a Taxi because there was a problem with the car and they didnt let us know until I rang them from the airport, I think they could of rang me instead of email which I didnt get untill the next day so it was too late, but this has not put me off staying there again. Room decor bit dark but would stay again, very nice. maybe poor breakfast but its not important at all. Owners rude and pedantic. Taxi arrangements extortionate for short 5 km to Airport.
