nice place to stay, good breakfast, free parking and wifi, not so many people in the beginning of september, near the beach and 10 min from Pisa by car. close to the beach friendly staff clean good breakfest. Reasonable price, big enough room. the only bad thing was we couldn´t stay longer. water from shower was leaking to floor. Air conditioning is not working. Might be huge issue in hit summer. Beware.
