This is a lovely hotel made special by attention to detail. Our room ( junior suite) was extremely comfortable and even had tea and coffee making facilities. The owner is very helpful and friendly, and it was great to have use of the free bikes. If travelling by car it's easy to find, and very handy to have the parking (can be a problem inside the walls) Would love to stay here again. Helpful friendly staff / Location / comfort/ bathroom size.

We are at the other side of the exit of the motorway Lucca Est, 2 km.
- When you are out of the motorway turn left.
- After the bridge over the railway you can see the walls, turn right and follow the walls on your left.
- Head down Viale Giosuè Carducci, Viale Cavour, Viale Giusti, Viale Pacini and Viale G. Marconi.
- After the AGIP gas station there will be a traffic light, turn right into Via Dello Stadio.
- At the end of the road you will see the sign for Villa Romantica.
