Utterly personal service. Happy to help, parking no problem in a restricted town at no extra charge. Will be back, can't say more that would matter. The question below about previous reviews was answered in the negative because they did not reflect how good this hotel is. I hope the current and future tourist seasons go well for them, they were so nice they could be Irish !!!. Position excellent , and the air - con was a blessing . Breakfasts were nice too with excellent service.

We call our hotel a Residenza d'Epoca; the style of its architecture was inspired by noted artists in Lucca from the 16th century. The extensive history of the families who owned and lived in the villa enhances our hotel's historic legacy.

Room information details

We have seven bedrooms, all luxuriously and carefully designed, different in shape, colour and furnishings. Fine antiques, such as the wardrobe that belonged to Giacomo Puccini, are combined with modern fittings.

Travelling information

By Car:
From exit Lucca Est:
- After the toll bridge on the motorway, follow the signs for Abetone.
- At the first roundabout you will see the old walls of Lucca, go straight on.
- After the third traffic light, at the next roundabout you will find on your right the sign Porta Santa Maria. Go through this big archway.
- Cross the big car park ahead of you and take the first narrow street on your right in front of the shop ELETTRO-FORNITORE.
- The second street on your right is Via Fillungo.
- The hotel is at number 170 on your left, just behind the shop Citta Del Sole.
- Please leave your car outside; we will give you the directions for our parking places once you have made us aware of your arrival.
