It made the holiday a memory. The staff were as helpful as possible , Thanks to the day manager Vince , nothing was too much trouble. Next ski season I may upgrade to their 'Jacki Kennedy ' suite even if it costs more - a really wonderful aura to it all. One of the best hotels we have yet stayed in: excellent location (right in the middle of Livigno), friendly and efficient staff, clean, functional and beautiful room, excellent breakfast, free (and good) WiFi. Because it is a no-smoking hotel there was no hint of that horrible stale smoke smell one so often gets in other hotels. -
