A small, elegant hotel which has one of the very best locations in Lido di Jesolo. It is set in a peaceful position, directly overlooking the beach but with the resort centre just behind it, a couple of minutes walk away. The excellent breakfast is served on the terrace with its unobstructed sea views and direct access to the promenade. Standards of cleanliness and comfort are very high. Best of all, this is a family run hotel and all the staff make guests feel welcome from the moment they arri.

Everybody is absolutely amazing, helpful and friendly, starting with Carlo, the manager and everybody in his staff, the food is really delicious, we couldn't wait for dinner, the location is unbeatable, the rooms are very clean and big enough, it's right by the beach. It is also very near main street Via Andrea Baffile, where you can find a lot of restaurants, bars, shops etc. Fine arrangement on the first line of a beach and in the center the main street with cafe restaurants and shops. Comfortable numbers with a partial view of the sea. Excellent personnel! Very friendly, always ready to help. In hotels there are free bicycles. The owners made us feel very welcome. Customer service was excellent. Location was very good. Breakfasts were tasty and plentiful. Room was large. Free bike rental was a pleasant surprise. The staff was very humorous and talented - and they were all very good in English. Th owner was helpfull and vould do anything good for us. The food was a pleasure every day. From the moment we entered the hotel the level of customer service was excellent. All the staff were most helpful and went that extra mile to make our stay most enjoyable!. If you are on the top floor it can be very noisy because of pipes from the kitchen during the breakfast, lunch and dinner. On balcony should be a table. Awful breakfast! Every day one and too! There are no vegetables and fresh fruit and hot dishes! Only sausage, cheese, bread, muesli and yogurt. There is nothing that we did not like. no wi fi in rooms :(.
