The Staff were very efficient and helpful especially the porter, he was very obligeing. The young girl at reception went out of her way to get us details of train times for several journeys. The swimming pool and other spa facilities were great, really enjoyed them. The rooms on the 4th floor are attic rooms and too small, we asked to be changed after the first night as did many others , we then got a very nice room on 3rd floor. The swimming poor area was very clean but very wet and dangangous. It seemed to be the same morning and evening water on tiled surround walkway does not get mopped up at all Bring safe shoes!!!! No prices on Menu! so ate out!.
