  Even if the rooms in the "suite" section are small, they are SO nicely decorated and CLEAN. We had a little balcony :) - The staff was very friendly. . The location was excellent for walking to most of the main sites.

  The B & B was a 10 minute walk from the Tiburtina train station. It was clean, and the staff was friendly. The price was perfect, and they included breakfast.   The room was just fabulous. Obviously newly renovated, and done so with great thought and love, the location is excellent right in the heart of Rome. We stayed in silver room, which pleasantly surprised me with its size, decoration, impeccable cleanliness, and the view. We also appreciated a lot a breakfast that exceeded expectation with its varie... what people say » ty, as well as the availability of the bottled water, tea coffee and everything that there is in the kitchen, throughout the day. Extremely welcoming - These are apartments, and not a typical hotel as there is no on-site overnight management. Aside from that, the rooms were modern and spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom had modern features and our room overlooked a busy Rome street. Ronan couldn't have been more helpful and arranged to have a car take us to the airport, which was much less that a taxi would cost. We found several inexpensive restaurants, local eats, supermarket a few feet from the Suite, we did not speak a word of Italian but all the people, restaurants, and locals would try to accommodate you. Fabrizio was extremely friendly and welcoming, and he waited for us on request, after the check-in time. There's a supermarket nearby where you find almost everything you need. The bus station connecting to Termini Station and the historical center was quite close (about 5 minutes by foot). It is nicely placed, the surroundings are very pleasant and silent.
