  Location was excellent for navigating around Rome. Right next to Ponte Umberto short walk to Castle Saint Angelou and Vatican, even shorter walk to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Rooms were comfortable and cool which was much appreciated in the summer heat. Right from the entry way to the hotel room! The hotel is down a cobble stone street and you really get the feeling that you are in rome. The location is perfect! The breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. I stayed in two different hotels in Rome, and I preferred this hotel and location.

  Zaiga and Stephanie took care of us with such a friendly customer service, personal touch and they are very helpful for first-time guests in Rome. They also showed us all available rooms upon request for our next visit. We stayed in I-room across from the reception. We like it better than the I-zen room as our room has an open layout that gives us... what people say » more space. The I-tube room was our next choice. It does not have a tub but it has a big spa-like shower. The location, as previously mentioned by ot - We stayed in iRooms for three nights. Great location, very comfortable bed, very relaxing, big jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was downstairs in the next door restaurant – lovely traditional Italian breakfast but there is a choice of British, American etc for extra 5Euros. We appreciated very much Zaiga, who was looking after us during our stay. She was extremely helpful with all our requests. We enjoyed our stay so next time in Rome - definitely iRooms.
