  Excellent small new boutique hotel! we stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed every mintue. We ordered a deluxe room but when we got there they upgarded us to an executive room which was wonderful! big room, clean, quiet, good wifi and free water, fruits and snacks. Giorgio and Max, the managers, were very nice and helpful. They printed things that ... what people say » we needed, guided us how to buy tickets to a football match and gave us tips. They are not in the reception all the time but we didn't needed them bec - Perfect location , veneto area is a quiet and expensive area of Rome . The room was comfortable and clean. I like this place . The negative points , was that the rooms have not balconies and the breakfast was poor , only a cappuccino , a croissant and a juice . If you order a sandwitch (panini) you pay abt 5 euros more and a small mineral water costs 2.5 euros .. I prefer to stay thirsty than to pay 2.5 euros for water .   The moment we arrived, we realised that we had forgotten my backpack in the taxi and our taxi driver had already taken off. My passport was in the backpack and so was my credit card. The guy at the counter was so nice that he did everything to accommodate us. He called all the taxi stations and really got involved to help us find my back pack agai... what people say » n. He checked us in, gave us a room based on his trust and empathy. Amazing staff! Luckily the taxi driver drove back and handed back the forgotten ba - Location, location, location! The hotel was in an excellent location and that made all the difference in the world! The room was decent sized and clean and free breakfast and wifi topped it off. Staff very friendly and helpful - thus was the first trip that I accepted every restaurant recommendation from a hotel and I was not disappointed!

  We stayed in the room with the bathroom across the hall. It was exactly as seen in the pictures, plus the kitchenette with some basic cutlery etc. The hall is a small area so the bathroom is very close to the room and it's a great size. The room is small but easily negated by the great location, service, cleanliness and above all the hospitality w... what people say » e were shown. It was more then we expected and we were blown away by it.  The room was cleaned everyday, there is a tea & coffee making facil - The part time staff agent was very helpful, friendly when checking us in, it is the best prime location in downtown Rome, and I really like the way that the building has been renovated to be modern while still keeping some of the ancient details like the beautiful wooden ceiling.
