  Nice hotel it feels like home as it has only three rooms!! The hotel is inside a block of appartments so you feel like staying in a typical roman house.Every day you have cleaned room towels and there is also a free tray filled up with coffee tea and sweets.breakfast was good also!!!   My husband and I stayed here three nights during our visit to Rome. Irina was extremely friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable and clean, and we controlled our air conditioning (a huge plus after 12 hours of walking!). When you step out into the piazza, St. Peter's dome greets you. We ate croissants for breakfast and took an apple or ba... what people say » nana with us for a mid-morning snack. Overall, a wonderful place to rest after traipsing over Rome. - Wonderful place, felt like home, Irina is extremely friendly, I stayed alone for 4 nights, the location is excellent, a two minute walk from Saint Peter's Square and a three minute walk from San Pietro's Train Station. Breakfast is open all day so you can basically wake up whenever you want! Loved it.

  The owner is very nice and always willing to help. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The walk to Vatican city is less than 10 minutes. At Vatican city you can catch the hop on and hop off buses that take you to all the major sites in Rome. The train station/bus stop is about 2 blocks from the B&B. It cost us 16 Euro to get to the airport ... what people say » via the train and it was about a 30 minute train ride. The B&B is located in an apartment building. There is a bakery near the building entrance. - I mostly liked the spacious room with the terrace! The heating was excellent too and you could adjust if its too hot. Very very clean! Highly recommend. I was with my mother and its within walking distance to the vatican so the location was excellent. 10 to 15 minutes if you walk slowly. The owner was very helpful too!
