  The B&B is located in the very heart of historic Rome, and it is a precious asset. The room was big enough, clean, with a/c, a safe box and a refrigerator. The restroom was very modern with a shower cabin and a bidet. The breakfast was very copious by Rome's standards. My first night I stayed in one of the rooms with no windows and though this may seem unpleasant for some, I found it great as my room was comfortable, quiet and dark making it perfect for sleeping. The next three nights I spent in the room at the front of the building with a big window you could open so it was nice and lighter but noisier due to the busy street below.   Great location - right in the center of everything yet in a quiet street. It was very small which we liked. We took a junoir suite, it was very good, spatious, clean and comfortable.   We loved everything about Inn Spagna Charming House in Rome, Italy. Especially the staff, cleanliness and location. Everyone was friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The whole complex was clean and the location was better than we could have hoped for with restaurants on each block. We always felt safe.   I learned of this hotel from friends who had stayed at the Margutta 54 property (run by the same people) and I must say my experience exceeded my expectations. The rooms are beautiful, big and stylish for a fabulous price.
