  Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The following morning after a really good breakfast Michele drove us to the airport. I don't think I've ever had such service. The B&B is very close to the station and airpo... what people say » rt. The room turned out to be more of a suite which included a separate kitchen with tea and coffee, a microwave, ceramic hob, table and chairs. The b - The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. Motion sensing lights in the public areas, thoughtfully placed lighting in the rooms, and the bathrooms featured Michele's photographs in ceramic tiles - beautiful. he also listened to our plans and made helpful suggestions to maximise the time in Pisa.   Our room was beautiful--the entire hotel is decorated with flower motifs and someone has obviously paid a great attention to detail. Breakfast in the bar was buffet style but contained a surprisingly good selection. The staff were very helpful and the location is very good--less than ten minutes from the Leaning Tower, and even closer to fine din... what people say » ing in the wonderful Osteria dei Cavalieri. - I really don't want to tell everyone... but what a great find! Keep up the good work. Breakfast okay, but nothing special. Dead centre, romantic looking rooms, great details.

  The accommodation was very clean and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location was superb and the cafe area outside for breakfast was delightful to sit and have something to eat. I would definitely recommend Griffi to other travellers. - Location next to Piazza Miracoli and main Pisa attractions.   The room was fantastic - decorated and prepared with taste...great appointments; bathrobes and slippers, new bedding, awesome detailed bath. The view to the back 'garden' was a treat - even the rooster waking us in the morning! Vanya greeted us with such warmth - made us coffee and served it with cookies in the dining room while we all chatted abo... what people say » ut our trip and upcoming stay in Pisa. Then she brought us a tray of goodies (sodas, water, fruit and sweets) to our room! Her attention to detail an - Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Renovated in January 2013 by someone with excellent taste, perhaps the lovely owner who was ever so helpful. The hotel is in a residence built in the 1700s and has a few impressive paintings gracing its walls. It is in a street away from the action which could be good or bad depending on your tastes....no views of anything but really with all of the gorgeous decor one does not need an external view. The bathrooms in particular are WOW!
