  Location is great, staff are friendly. We were upgraded to a magnificent large room at no extra charge. The hotel is on a quiet street close to San Marco square. With outside tables by a picturesque canal and with tables in an interior courtyard this hotel is our idea of a perfect place to stay in Venizia. Lots of Hot water for showers, and an exce... what people say » llent included breakfast. - Excellent location and it was good to be a little away from the main thoroughfare traffic, very comfortable and it was fantastic that there was a kettle in the room where I could have a cup of tea. It is the only hotel I have been in in Europe where I could do this.

  The location is so special in the heart of the city where can easily approach all the famous monuments and only 10 minutes from both Saint Marco square to the south and Ponte Del Rialto the north .
