This hotel is located in a prime spot right next to the water bus stop. It is a beautiful hotel and our bedroom (suite) was wonderful. They have a wonderful garden on the waters edge, with comfy chairs to relax in and watch the sun go down. Food excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back but ask for waterside room. -

They had thoroughly enjoyed their stay and they had been treated with great courtesy. They also enjoyed their evening meals at the Hotel restaurant (half board). They said the views from the winter garden were magnificent.

The location - it is in Lido which is a breeze to travel to Venice via the water bus, and you get to enjoy the peace and tranquility at Lido. The price is good an the breakfast buffet is wonderful. Really nice place....verry close to the Lido SME, where you can take boat to the main Venice. No. 5.1 and 1 goes straight to S. marco. from Lido SME you can take bus A, B..... and first second stop is this few steps away from the location.

We liked everything about the Villa Ines. This B&B is definately worth a 4 star rating. The setting and surroundings were beautiful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the garden was very good. The staff was very attentive. Stefano was very accomodating. Stefno gave us the history of the residence and its owners as well as recommendations for food and wines. This was great value and comfort for the money. We will definately come back to stay here on our next v
