Breakfast was very nicely tended and the staff was amazingly courteous at all times of the day (even late night). The location is fantastic (5 minutes from Rialto bridge and 7 minutes to Piazzo San Marco). There is plenty of shopping and eats in the area. Rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are newly renovated and very clean.

The staff were most helpfull from the moment we arrived till the day we left. I would point out one member of staff, unfortunatly I dont have his name, he works on reception, very smart and I do know he is 19 year of age, management should keep an eye on him he will go far in the leisure industry - The hotel was fantastic, not only did they upgrade

We booked Albergo Bonvecchiati but were transferred to the sister Hotel 1 min away Palazzo Bonvecchiati. This Hotel is a 4 star but was a 5 star by our standards. I was initially a Venice sceptic but the magic of the place, and in particular this modern hotel, made it truly phenomenal.
