  Isa, the apartment owner is really helpful. she picked us up at the bus stop. Then, at the apt she gave us all the information about Rome. She left some snacks for us, as we arrived late and didn't have time to buy anything for breakfast. She has a wifi spot that we can carry with us. That's really useful.   The room was just fabulous. Obviously newly renovated, and done so with great thought and love, the location is excellent right in the heart of Rome. We stayed in silver room, which pleasantly surprised me with its size, decoration, impeccable cleanliness, and the view. We also appreciated a lot a breakfast that exceeded expectation with its varie... what people say » ty, as well as the availability of the bottled water, tea coffee and everything that there is in the kitchen, throughout the day. Extremely welcoming - These are apartments, and not a typical hotel as there is no on-site overnight management. Aside from that, the rooms were modern and spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom had modern features and our room overlooked a busy Rome street. Ronan couldn't have been more helpful and arranged to have a car take us to the airport, which was much less that a taxi would cost.   Unfortunately we had problems with other booking so we did reservation in Residence the same evening we arrived. The reception has been already closed but manager came from home to organize check in. The day of departure we called manager to ask about a possibility to leave our luggage and because we were with small kids they allowed to stay until... what people say » the evening without additional charge. The location is fantastic,50 meters from Collosseo, the facilities are basic but you don't need more for a sho - Everything was perfect! the staff was very hepfull and the trasportation that the hotel arranged was very convenience. Very Close to colosseum and 20min walk to fontana di trevi and Pantheon.

  Decor - modern and appealing Breakfast was an added bonus, not normally expected in an apartment. Excellent location. - Rome is a great place to visit,we found the Romans friendly people but bad drivers(some insults were transmitted),having rented bikes made all the difference to visit the city,amazingly few people cycle around,the food is great ... what people say » and the historical mambojambo is absolutely brilliant,staying in the middle of a city does mean you get woken by loud Italian men in the morning.....and they say women talk!!!....duh... Don't forget to take enough cash......it is expensive.....
