  I appreciated the courtesy and helpfulness of Marino, the owner of the B & B. He is extremely kind and professional in the way he runs his B & B.   I learned of this hotel from friends who had stayed at the Margutta 54 property (run by the same people) and I must say my experience exceeded my expectations. The location can't be beat; around the corner from the Spanish Steps and in walking distance to most major sites. We travel to Rome often and this is by far the most exquisite small hotel we've ever found. What a gem!
