  The location couldn't been better, a few minutes from the metro and many attractions in walking distance. And the price was the best in the area. The room where cleaned every day and the toilet was fresh. The bed (double) was ok but my girlfriend thought it was to hard. The breakfast was okay and the service perfect. We would surely stay here again... what people say » ! - Wonderfully located near the Spanish Steps! Rooms were clean and the bathroom quite large, for Italian standards.

  Our guy Andrea was fantastic. He met us when we arrived and was very thorough in describing how to get around the city. He helped us make reservations at the Borghese, found a bus route for us, and recommended a hike we thought was great. The B and B is clean, in a safe area, and close to St Peter's and restaurants and, most important, a terrif... what people say » ic gelato shop. We would recommend to others. - The B&B was in a fantastic location! It was only a 1 minute walk away from the Vatican! Bus stop right outside your door and taxi rank too for travel from and to the airports! Andrea the owner is brilliant! Gives so much information and was extremely helpful when we arrived. The rooms are brilliant and clean! A fantastic place to stay!

  Our room was large and beautiful. We upgraded to a Superior room and this is one time we could really tell a difference. The bed was extremely comfortable, as were the pillows. Friendly staff, very clean rooms. - I liked that the hotel was so close to the Termini train station, providing easy links via the Metro to all main tourist attractions. Close to central station, and it's easy to find with the direction I received from hotel couple of days before I arrive. Staff were extremely helpful and hospitality. It feels so good to use a key to open the front door everyday, feel like a local come home:) - Not sure I want to provide a review about this place as it will be giving away a secret! I travel to Rome often and had to book this hotel at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised. What struck me the most was the friendly nature of the family running this establishment. I can only describe it as old fashioned hospitality with a genuine smile. Bedroom was huge for mid city standards and shower was larger than most 5 star hotel.
