  This B&B was very nice. It was conviently located in an apartment building right across the street from Termini train/metro station. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was no tv in the room, but that wasn't really a big deal. The batroom was spacious and nice as well. The staff was very polite when we saw them, but - The owners were excellent. Extremely friendly and told us everything we needed to know. The rooms were nicely styled and very comfortable.   The owner of the hotel is an old couple and they r both very nice and friendly. You don't feel uncomfortable when u r living there as other hotels. It is very free there and very quiet. You can even go to the kitchen at any time and there r free coffee, juice, milk and bread for the whole day.   Everything, everyone was so nice, courteous and went out of their way to help us. The room was beautiful and spacious with a large bathroom. Attractions were not far away and we walked everywhere.   The hotel was good, close to Termini station so its was perfect. Breakfast was ok, Italy style, And personal was good specially Romar! You did a good job and was very helpfull, Well done mate :) // Tommy And Jessica :) - The staff was really nice and helpful.   We liked absolutely everything. Starting of how we were welcomed in reception by a young man; the location, the room itself; very pleasant and humble roomservice man to the moment we were waved goodbye. We enjoyed every moment we stepped into our lovely room and fell down (dead and tired of walking around in the city) to our large and comfortable ... what people say » bed. The room was really nice. Small and very very cosy. And of course those breakfasts, which were served in our room and we allways enjoyed quite fo - I can not complain about this hotel. Nice staff, the room was clean. They bring you the breakfast to your room if you want. It is a 2min walk to the trevi fountain. Everything was great. If we ever go back to Rome, we would like to stay at the same hotel.
