  Giuseppe (the host) was very friendly and accommodating, we mentioned that it was our honeymoon and he provided us with a bottle of champagne and glasses. But it's very convenient if you do. Dozens of nearby restaurants and shops. Th - Very good location, near to railway station but not noisy (very soundproof window) and with underground station, bus stop, nice restaurants and supermakects nearby. We found evything we need around here. The building itself is fantastic too with a traditional elevator. More important, stuff is very friendly and helpfull and he speaks very good English. And the room is clear and spatial and bed is confortable. What can you ask for at such a rate! In a word, it is really a nice place to stay when

Friendly staff, very clean rooms. - I liked that the hotel was so close to the Termini train station, providing easy links via the Metro to all main tourist attractions.   Excellently placed to see all the attractions of rome. claudia & cornelio could not have been better hosts. rooms were of a very high standard and were cleaned daily. lovely bathrooms with all the finishing touches. if you go on the website of accomodation delia b&b and follow their directions to the hotel you should not have any trouble finding it... what people say » . i would thoroughly recommend it! - it's a combination between BandB and Hotel for its services , having also a very nice and cheap restaurant La Famiglia downstairs , where i also take my first dinner because my flight land in Rome in the late afternoon and so i find my way to the BandB at 10pm.I'm a traveller and i can assure you that i really stayed there better then into a 3stars Hotel.People reallly hospitable .
