  Location was excellent, just a short walk to the fountain de Trevi and several other landmarks. Also very close to a guided bus tour route, tickets available at the front desk. We stayed in two adjoining rooms based on request. Nice size rooms with nice bathrooms.   Very good location, 5 minutes from Fontana de Trevi o Pizza de Spagna. Great quality/price relation, it offered more than expected. Run by nice people. It has been recently renovated so even though the building is old La Piccola Maison is completly new inside, spacious, clean, even jacuzzi in one of the rooms, much better than many 4 stars hotels. ... what people say » Don´t think about it, very good deal. - Everything was really fantastic.   I would absolutely recommend this hotel to all the guests. The hotel "Villa Patrizi" is very good situated, not far from the Termini railway station. The location is very nice and quiet, what as I've heard is not typical for Italy. The staff was always super friendly, the breakfast was good and our room was just fantastic. The next time I go to Rom... what people say » e, I'll stay there again. - The hotel staff was excellent; very professional and helpful.The location,though a little out of the main tourist areas was great as it is in a quieter leafier area and taxis are readily available in minutes by order from the hotel. What you spend on taxis is more than compensated by the hotel rooms being much cheaper than city centre ones. This hotel is a real find!
