  Really enjoyed our stay here. Just realize that European hotels are different from us cookie-cutter hotels. Tucked away from noisy tourist crowds. Charming small pensione with fantastic views. Felt like a local. Canal views from each room, favorite part of the day was opening a bottle of proscecco and sitting in the window sill watching seranading... what people say » gondolas go by. Hot croissants, meats, cheeses, cappucinos for breakfast complete with another canal view. Simona was great. Credit cards not a probl - Great location. Air-conditioned room. Friendly owner and staff.

  The room was splendid and very nice furnished. We felt like two royalties. Our host was friendly and nice, she spoke English and explained us easily how to get to the main points.The hotel was near to San Marco and Rialto Bridge. - Very nice and cosy small hotel in Venezian style, small but very nice room and bathroom. Great position, very close... what people say » to Pizazza San Marco, but not in the crowded area. The room was very clean, the hotel owner really nice and helpful, we enjoyed our stay and would come back for sure. There is also very good 'osteria' in front of the hotel were you can find real Italian food.

  Fantastic location (5-10 minutes to St Marco Square) and super friendly and helpful staff. Mario happily greeted us for a very late 11:30 PM check-in when our flight was delayed. A lovely breakfast of cheese, meat, eggs, fruit, pastries, cereals, juice and coffee/tea. Room was large and airy with a private courtyard. We got great recommend... what people say » ations for local restaurants not frequented by tourists. We were also given lots of tips on travel to less frequented outer islands on the vaporetto - For the price, it had just about everything. The shower room was spacious and well heated; the bedroom was fine; the breakfast room served a good range of food (although the bread was dry on one morning of our 4-day stay); the location was well-nigh perfect. Being able to store baggage after checking out was a boon.

  The staff were most helpfull from the moment we arrived till the day we left. I would point out one member of staff, unfortunatly I dont have his name, he works on reception, very smart and I do know he is 19 year of age, management should keep an eye on him he will go far in the leisure industry - The hotel was fantastic, not only did they upgrade... what people say » our room but they went out and bought us wading boots for our stay due to the King Tides, they supplied a free taxi ride to Murano Island (worth 30 euro!!) and they were continuously helpful no matter what the problem or question!
