  The whole experience was delightful, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the restaurant in the hotel served the best food we had in milan. Although the whole experience was expensive, we knew this when we booked it. The room - The hotel is very well located, only a few steps from the Cathedral and Vitoria Emanuelle Gallery with tons of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of amenities and pillow choices. The hotel in general is new and modern and I would definitely go back.
