Their suggestions and assistance on everything from selecting tours to handling dirty laundry made our time in Siena fantastic! Our room was immaculate and spacious. She made us feel welcome and provided excellent recommendations for dining in the area as well as help with travel arrangements and sight seeing. We had to leave the hotel very early in the morning - 5:30am to catch the train to Rome on our last day and she arranged for our taxi and provided us with a box breakfast to take with us.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience, I wo - If you want to feel the atmosphere of a small, typical medieval city, this hotel gives you everything you need. Located on a narrow street, it is part of the fine city-fabric and is right next to the main square. The staff is great, ready to help, polite and friendly. I even got a 120€ parking ticket and they helped me reduce it to 40€. Hats down to you guys.

We went for a week so it was the perfect location as it was quiet and peaceful but still relatively close to the centre. If we were going - Great place to stay, away from busy turistic town center with the facility to reach it on a 20 minute bus ride or 30 to 45 minute walk. Very nice, friendly, very helpful staff. Convinient grocery shop about one kilometer away (kind of dangerous road to walk along though). Be aware of reception working hours.

  I stayed in a bungalow with a lot of green trees around. The bungalow was quite small, but with a fridge and bathroom. They had a minimart and restaurant which I appreciated, and the bus-stop just 100 meters away. The camping itself is one km from the trainstation, and two km away from the city of Siena itself.
